Buff Mending
If Dervishes are allowed to have Mystic Regeneration then mending should be increased to a constant +10 health regeneration with NO attributes in Healing Prayers. Move it to No Attribute where other professions can use it without requiring them to put points into monk.
While we you are at it, Nerf Spell Breaker, Shadow Form, Obsidian Flesh and Spell Shield. It's no fair being unable to cast spells at opponents when they have those enchantments on them.

Spell. Remove one Condition (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, Burning, Weakness, or Deep Wound) from target ally. For each remaining Condition, that ally is healed for 5...57...70 Health.

* 0.75 ¾ Activation
* 2 Recharge
Spell. Remove one Condition (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, Burning, Weakness, or Deep Wound) from target other ally. If a Condition is removed, that ally is healed for 5...57...70 Health.
The change was made so long ago that most people don't care. Why? It's fine the way it is, makes perfect sense for the recharge to have been increased seeing as how it also removes from yourself. Also, there are better skills to use for condition removal now.
Dismiss Condition
* 5 Energy
* 0.75 ¾ Activation
* 3 Recharge
Spell. Remove one Condition from target ally. If that ally is under the effects of an Enchantment, that ally is healed for 15...63...75 Health.
